The Star-Max® 24” commercial gas griddle is a perfect match for the budget-minded operator. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Star-Max manual control griddle out-performs the competition. The 624TF features 1” thick polished steel griddle plate with a 28,300 BTU/Hr. aluminized steel burner under each 12” section. U-shaped burners are controlled by a modulating thermostat with a sensor embedded 3/16” beneath the griddle surface in each section, providing quick recovery time and even heating. You can adjust each section from 150°F to 450°F with a heavy-duty chrome-plated cast zinc knob.
The 624TF commercial flat top griddle is constructed of an all-welded heavy-duty steel body with stainless steel front, sides, tapered splash guard, bull nose, and grease trough, chute and drawer. The grease trough is 3-1/4”—one spatula width—deep, and the large 4-1/2 Qt. grease drawer collects grease draining from the trough down the chute. It’s removable for easy cleaning.
The restaurant griddle sits on 4” nickel-plated adjustable legs, making it suitable for use on a countertop, equipment stand or chef’s base. The unit is shipped configured for natural gas service, but a reversible regulator and LP conversion kit are included.
