The gas-fired tandoor oven for restaurants has a traditional clay pot inside to create the authentic flavors of traditional tandoori chicken, naan, gobi, fish tikka, mushrooms or seekh kabob. The square stainless steel oven measures 34” x 34” x 36”, and the hand-crafted clay pot inside is fired by a 70,000 BTU/hr. gas burner. Controls include an ignition button, thermostat, and temperature gauge. The tandoor oven comes with a gaddi for making naan, a tawa hot plate, one dozen 40” stainless steel skewers, one jar of seasoning oil to prevent breakage, and additional clay to repair cracks in the pot. The commercial gas tandoor oven has a ship weight of 676.8 Lbs.
