This heavy-duty dual-handle aluminum griddle scraper is designed to help you clean your griddle at the end of the day. The ergonomically designed grill scraper has a pistol grip on the end, and a comfortable knob grip on top you can use to apply pressure when removing grease and grime from flattops or griddles. A sharp, 6" wide aluminum blade lifts caked-on grease and carbonized food. A built-in splash guard above the scraper blade deflects and helps collect debris for easy cleanup while keeping you safe from hot grease kicked up by the scraping action. Made from durable, heavy-gauge aluminum, the griddle scraper measures 16" x 6" x 4-1/2" and is NSF listed.
