Dose precise portions of cheese sauce for nachos, pretzel bits, and cheese dogs, or top desserts with fudge or caramel sauce. Constructed with a stainless steel body and black thermoset plastic bottom and top, the commercial nacho cheese warmer has a 120V, 517W heater with a temperature-sensing thermostat that prevents burning. Even the spout is heated to keep toppings inside warm and fluid. The pump fits a #10 can, or a 3-Qt. stainless steel jar (sold separately), and dispenses a 1-Oz. maximum portion. You can reduce the portion size in 1/8-Oz. increments with the included gauging collars. The pump parts are dishwasher safe. The hot fudge warmer with pump can easily be turned into a caramel or cheese sauce merchandiser with the three magnetic signs, included. The topping warmer is UL and NSF listed, measures 8-15/16" x 16-5/8" x 15-7/16", and has a 2-year warranty.
