Nyco’s Contempo heavy-duty commercial dishwasher detergent is non-chlorinated, making it safer for stainless steel, but its high alkalinity—with a pH > 13—provides excellent performance and results in all automatic dishwashing systems, including pot-washing machines. This commercial dishwashing soap loosens and emulsifies soils from dishes, glassware, plastic, pots/pans, and utensils. Its low-foam formula works in all water temperatures and conditions, and gives you spot-free rinsing, great for glassware. It’s ideal for use in conveyor, flight-type, single rack, and undercounter dishmachines. As with all restaurant dishwasher chemicals, you should set your dispenser for proper dilution using test kit and pH measurements based upon water conditions and soil load.
