Ideal for sautéing and frying low-acid foods such as omelets, vegetables like mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower, or lean meats, this frying pan features gently sloped sides that are perfect for turning, flipping and easily sliding foods out of the pan. The heavyweight riveted handle is designed to last, and comes with a removable blue silicone sleeve that's comfortable, easy to grip and heat resistant up to 450ºF. The natural silver finish frying pan is NSF listed, has a 14" diameter and is approximately 2-3/4" deep.
