Constructed of 14/1 stainless steel, the sturdy warp- and dent-resistant vegetable inset lid is polished to a mirror finish, making it both attractive and easy to clean, and it has a convenient slot for a serving spoon, ladle, or other utensil. Use this commercial grade inset cover on a steam table, in a hot food well on your buffet line, or a cold food well on your salad bar. The heavy duty inset cover has an anti-jam design with a turned-down edge for a tight fit, and a built-in handle that allows you to stack covered inset pots, taking up less shelf space.
