The small commercial heat-resistant spatula’s blade can withstand temperatures up to 500º F while the ABS handle can take up to 300º F before melting. Use as a commercial baking spatula; the flexible silicone blade lets you effortlessly scrape every last bit of mixing bowl contents into cake pans and muffin tins. Or use the Crestware PS10H to turn or fold omelets on the line. The red handle lets you know it’s heat-resistant, and a hole in the handle gives you the option of hanging it for storage.
