This 3-1/4" paring knife with a white handle has a razor sharp X50 Cr MoV15 German steel blade, high in carbon for hardness to help keep its edge, yet containing 15 percent chromium to make it stainless. The ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free white polypropylene handle provides precise control for easy peeling, slicing, and cutting. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the 3-1/4" heavy duty paring knife combines excellent cutting performance with easy edge maintenance and rapid sharpening, and comes in a 2-pack.
