The stamped blade has a hidden tang set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free purple polypropylene handle for allergen-free use, that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the German-style 8" chef's knife provides excellent cutting performance and will withstand heavy duty use.
