This solid door upright restaurant refrigerator has a balanced, self-contained, capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The system has an extra large epoxy-coated evaporator coil paired with a large condenser and a higher horsepower compressor to maintain a constant 33° F to 38° F temperature to maintain food safety and preserve product freshness.

The T-23-HC commercial refrigeration equipment uses ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors to move larger volumes of air with less heat, greater efficiency and more energy savings. The condensing unit is bottom-mounted for easier cleaning and access for maintenance, which leaves the top of the unit open for storage. Defrost cycles are time-initiated and temperature-terminated to save energy and keep cycle duration to a minimum.

The one-section reach-in refrigerator is constructed on a welded, heavy duty, black powder-coated steel frame rail and has a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum sides and corrosion-resistant zinc-aluminum coated steel back. The lockable door has a stainless steel exterior and clear-coated aluminum liner, and is fitted with a 12” foamed-in-place recessed handle with a sheet metal interlock for strength. The door has a torsion type self-closing system and a removable magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The handle and hinges have lifetime guarantees.

The interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners to make cleaning easy. Three PVC-coated wire shelves are included, along with four chrome shelf clips for each shelf. Interior lighting is safety shielded. The T-23-HC has a digital exterior temperature display, and is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant.
