This 9" offset bread/sandwich knife has a razor sharp, serrated stainless steel blade, high in carbon for hardness to help keep its edge. The stamped blade has a slightly curved, wavy edge to help slice through melons and fruit or saw through crusty bread loaves with ease. The offset blade also offers better knuckle clearance than a flat knife when cutting sandwiches. The hidden tang is set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free black polypropylene handle that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard. The knife is NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and can last up to 60 percent longer than typical kitchen knives. Designed with foodservice staff in mind, the bread knife with offset blade provides excellent cutting performance and will withstand heavy duty use. It comes in a clamshell package.
