The perfect size for cones, or single servings, the hard-frozen dessert scooper features durable one-piece cast aluminum construction with a non-toxic anti-freeze fluid in the handle that warms under your grip, helping the scoop melt and dig into frozen treats. Warming the scoop also allows it to release ice cream easily. Designed for use with either hand, the dipper makes scooping frozen treats fast and easy. For optimum performance, the ice cream dipper is meant to be stored in a dipper well with 140ºF running water when not in use. Color-coded yellow to let you know the portion size, the commercial scooper also has the number "12" embossed on the handle, and with its 3-oz. rounded bowl you can even use it as a cookie dough or batter dipper. The cast aluminum ice cream dipper measures 7-1/8" x 2" x 1-5/8".
