The 15-slot rack has a 12” square base, and will accommodate pizza trays, screens, and separators from 10" through 17" in diameter and up to 1-1/4" deep, providing enough space in between racks so layers won’t touch each other, and saving countertop space. The pizza prep rack’s heavy duty welded steel rod construction is durable and will hold up to 6 Lbs. per shelf, and its chrome finish is easy to wipe clean.
