The 10-Oz. plastic shaker comes with three snap-on lids that have fine, medium and large holes for dispensing different ingredients. With one lid, the cup becomes a powdered sugar shaker; with another you can dispense herbs or grated cheese. The cup is made of durable, shatter-resistant polycarbonate, has a built-in handle, and has molded gradations in both milliliters and ounces on the sides, so you can measure and mix the right proportions of sugar and cinnamon, for example. The polypropylene lids are flexible and easy to interchange. The dredge shaker set should be hand washed.
