The set includes a 20-Qt. heavyweight, series 3003 aluminum pot that's 3.5 mm thick to heat quickly and distribute heat evenly, and four perforated, 0.7 mm stainless steel inserts with heat-resistant handles up to 500°F. Cook four different kinds of pasta at the same time in the easy-to-clean quarter-round strainer basket inserts. Or, use the inserts to quickly reheat individual or multiple portions (up to 5 Qts.!) of precooked pasta to get orders out to your customers fast. The inserts have a hook on the bottom so you can rest it on the edge of the pot and let it drain. Great for blanching fresh vegetables, or preparing a seafood boil of potatoes, corn, shrimp and crab or clams, too. The 20-Qt. commercial pasta cooker measures 14" in diameter x 7" tall.
