Give yourself space to work with refrigerated ingredients. This 72” solid door worktop refrigerator combines the storage of an undercounter unit with a heavy duty worktop with backsplash. This 72" worktop refrigerator has a balanced, self-contained, capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The system has an extra-large epoxy-coated evaporator coil paired with a large condenser and a higher horsepower compressor to maintain a constant 33°F to 38°F temperature to provide food safety and preserve product freshness.

The TWT-72-HC commercial refrigeration equipment uses ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors to move larger volumes of air with less heat, greater efficiency and more energy savings. The condensing unit is in the back of the cabinet and slides out for easier access for cleaning and maintenance.

The solid door reach-in worktop refrigerator is constructed on a welded, heavy duty, black powder-coated steel frame rail and has a stainless steel front, top and sides and corrosion-resistant zinc-aluminum coated steel back. The doors have a stainless steel exterior and clear-coated aluminum liner, and are fitted with a 12” polyurethane foamed-in-place recessed handles with a sheet metal interlock for strength. The doors have a torsion type self-closing system with a 90-degree stay open feature, and removable magnetic gaskets for a positive seal. The handles and hinges have lifetime guarantees.

The interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners to make cleaning easy. Six PVC-coated wire shelves are included, along with four chrome shelf clips for each shelf.

The heavy duty worktop is an integrated one-piece formed construction. Bacteria and food particles cannot be trapped underneath as with other two-piece worktop units. The TWT-72-HC is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant.
