The tight-fitting polyethylene lid can withstand temperatures from -40ºF to 160ºF, and seals in moisture and freshness, keeping dirt, debris and contaminants at bay. Dishwasher safe, the lid resists food acids and oils, so is easy to keep clean. The heat-resistant food container cover measures 9” x 9” x 1/2", and is NSF listed.
