Cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on this 24” thermostatic gas griddle. It features a 3⁄4” griddle plate for quick pre-heat, even heat distribution and fast recovery. Thermostatic controls give you precise heat control for temperatures from 200° F to 450° F. Each control features an adjustable air shutter to control air and optimize combustion of the cast iron burners. Burners are every 12” and rated at 30,000 BTU/Hr. for a total output of 60,000 Btu/Hr. An LP gas (propane) conversion kit is included, making it an ideal commercial griddle for food trucks. The unit has heavy-duty stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, full-width front-mounted grease trough, and removable large capacity drip pan to make clean-up easier.
