Convert any Kattex HCD Series Quick Slice chopper/dicer into a 1/2" cut with this 1/2" replacement blade and push block. The chopper/dicer produces perfectly diced onions, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, and more for salsas, salads, sauces, and soups, and this replacement blade and block for high volume chopping lets you change the size to a 1/2" cut. Made from top quality stainless steel, the rust-resistant blades in this assembly are exceptionally sharp to create consistent cuts quickly and easily. Since even the most durable blades can dull over time, however, keeping this 1/2" replacement blade and block on hand will ensure that your quick slice chopper/dicer is always in perfect working condition. NSF listed, the replacement blade and block are dishwasher safe. The slice area measures 3-3/8" x 3-3/8", and the assembly measures approximately 4-7/8" x 4-7/8".
