Perfect for catering businesses, restaurants that host large events, or any busy commercial kitchen without enough room, the 20-tier space-saving sheet pan rack accommodates 20 standard 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or double the number of 18" x 13" half size pans with 3" spacing between bottom-load slides. Constructed from sturdy welded aluminum, the rolling sheet pan rack is extremely durable to withstand use in your commercial restaurant, bakery or catering operation, and has a capacity of up to 650 Lbs. The rack is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two with locking brakes, for easy maneuvering. Fully assembled, the NSF listed bakery rack measures 27-1/2" x 22" x 70".
