Constructed with heavy duty stainless steel, the countertop deep fryer has two high-efficiency stainless heating elements that bring the two 1.5-Gal. capacity fry pots to temperature quickly and provide fast recovery. Manual temperature control knobs on each pot light a power-on indicator lamp when a temperature is selected, and the fryer is thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 140°F-375°F. It also features a high-limit heat protection safety switch that shuts the heating element off if the oil reaches 446°F.
The electric countertop deep fryer is CE certified, and comes with a six-month replacement parts warranty.
