Just 2-1/2 Lbs., the MiniPro has a 200-watt, variable-speed motor that achieves up to 13,000 RPM to make quick work of chopping, blending, emulsifying, whipping and mashing. The least expensive industrial hand held stick blender on the market, the MX070.1 MiniPro comes with four titaniium-plated cutting blades—an emulsifying blade for making vinaigrettes, mashed potatoes, aioli, smoothies, milkshakes, bisque and hummus; a standard blade for making purées, salsas, sauces, pesto, refried beans, gravies and dressings; a batter disc for blending pancake, fish, crèpes and cake batters; and a dairy blade for making whipped cream, meringue, Hollandaise and fluffy eggs for omelets.

Ideal for most lightweight mixing, the MiniPro has a 6-1/2” stainless steel shaft that can mix up to 1 gal. of ingredients at a time, and can be removed and taken apart easily for cleaning and sanitizing.
