Constructed from 26-gauge 430 stainless steel, the baffles in the commercial hood filter are designed to spin the airflow through the filter, causing heavier grease particles to be flung against the baffle walls from centrifugal force and drip down into grease troughs. The handles on this filter help make installation (with the baffles running vertically) and removal for cleaning quick and easy. Cleaning, too, is easy using a degreaser then soap and water, or by putting the filter in a dishwasher since it's dishwasher safe. This hood baffle grease filter measures 20" x 20" x 1-1/2".
