Designed with a bowl-shaped head, this Crestware 10” restaurant spoonula easily gets into all areas of a mixer blade and around the bowl, and is strong enough to endure high temperatures without warping. The small commercial silicone spoonula’s blade can withstand temperatures up to 500ºF while the ABS handle can take up to 300ºF before melting.
