The commercial deep fryer splash guard is constructed from 18/8 stainless steel, making it extremely resistant to corrosion and rust. Because it clips on and detaches simply, it's easy to clean or run through the dishmachine. You can use it on either side of the fryer to prevent oil from splashing on the walls, floor or other equipment. The stainless steel fryer splash guard measures 20-1/2" x 18."
