Use this San Jamar Rapi-Kool ice paddle to cool soup, stew, chili or any other hot, liquid food to meet Food Code and HACCP requirements. Constructed of durable food-safe plastic, the large ice paddle for cooling food has a capacity of 128 Oz. Fill with water and freeze, or fill with ice cubes and water to chill food from the inside-out, for fast, even cooling. The Rapi-Kool cold paddle answers the question, “How should the food worker cool the soup?” Its unique fin design increases the surface area of the paddle. Stirring hot foods with the cold paddle will chill soups, etc., well within the time required by health codes, so workers can safely store them in a refrigerator. Easy to clean, the Rapi-Kool is dishwasher safe and is NSF certified. Dimensions are approximately 4-7/8" x 6-1/4" x 23-1/4" (W/D/H).
