Give yourself room to work and more space for frozen ingredients. This 27" solid door worktop freezer combines the storage of an undercounter unit with a heavy duty worktop with backsplash. This solid door worktop freezer has a balanced, self-contained, capillary tube commercial refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The system has an extra-large epoxy-coated evaporator coil paired with a large condenser and a higher horsepower compressor to maintain a constant -10°F temperature, perfect for hard ice cream and maintaining product quality until use.

The freezer uses ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors to move larger volumes of air with less heat, greater efficiency and more energy savings. The condensing unit is in the back of the cabinet and slides out for easier access for cleaning and maintenance. Defrost cycles are time-initiated and temperature-terminated to save energy and keep cycle duration to a minimum.

The solid door reach-in worktop freezer is constructed on a welded, heavy duty, black powder-coated steel frame rail and has a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum sides and corrosion-resistant zinc-aluminum coated steel back. The door has a stainless steel exterior and clear-coated aluminum liner, and is fitted with 12” polyurethane foamed-in-place recessed handle with a sheet metal interlock for strength. The door has a torsion type self-closing system and removable magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The handle and hinges have lifetime guarantees.

The interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners to make cleaning easy. Two PVC-coated wire shelves are included, along with four chrome shelf clips for each shelf.

The heavy duty worktop is an integrated one-piece formed construction. Bacteria and food particles cannot be trapped underneath as with other two-piece worktop units. The TWT-27F-HC is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant.
