This 9-1/2" cimeter knife has a razor sharp X50 Cr MoV15 German steel blade, high in carbon for hardness to help keep its edge, yet containing 15 percent chromium to make it stainless. The stamped blade has a pointed tip to help the blade trim fat from large cuts of meat. The hidden tang is set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free white polypropylene handle that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the 9-1/2" cimeter knife combines excellent cutting performance with easy edge maintenance and rapid sharpening.
