These 10" rayon cloth fryer oil cone filters are designed to fit the Winco 10" chrome-plated fryer filter stand (FF-10) or another comparable stand. These restaurant quality cone filters are constructed of heavy, non-woven material that’s specifically made for filtering cooking oil, fat, and grease. The rayon cloth is a manufactured fiber made from natural sources such as wood and agricultural products that's even more effective than paper at filtering food particles from your frying oil. The cloth filters are heat resistant up to 392°F, but it's always a good idea to let fryer oil thoroughly cool before filtering it.
