The 20-tier end-load full size commercial bakers rack is perfect for low- to medium-volume kitchens, but is used in all types of kitchens for cooling pans of food coming out of the oven or off the griddle, for staging products, or for transporting food from prep area to cooking or from cooling into storage. Constructed from sturdy welded aluminum, the rolling sheet pan rack is extremely durable to withstand use in your commercial restaurant, bakery or catering operation, and has a capacity of up to 700 Lbs. The high-capacity sheet pan rack accommodates 20 standard full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or 40 half-size 18" x 13" pans with 3" spacing between bottom-load slides. The rack is mounted on four 5" swivel casters, two with locking brakes, for easy maneuvering. The fully assembled 20-tier bun pan rack is NSF listed and measures 21″ x 26-1/2″ x 70″.
