Constructed entirely of 18 gauge 430 series stainless steel, this stainless steel chef prep table with storage has a capacity of 500 Lbs. on top and 370 Lbs. for storage, making it as strong and useful. The top is polished to a satin finish with turned-down edges for safety, and is sound-deadened, a nice feature when you’re tenderizing meat or cutting up poultry with a cleaver. The shelf height is adjustable, and the plastic bullet feet can be adjusted for uneven floors. Overall dimensions are 48” x 30” x 34” and the storage shelf dimensions are 42” x 24”. The counter height restaurant utility table ships flat for easy assembly.
