Designed to hold up to 25 Qts. of water after being placed inside a steam table, just above the unit's heat source, the aluminum spillage pan is heated and coats the bottom of a food pan placed inside with hot vapor. Its durable 18-gauge aluminum construction is lightweight and will withstand heavy duty use without rusting or warping. Designed with rounded corners and a lip around its edge, this water pan is easy to maneuver preventing spillage and possible accidents, keeping your serving station or buffet table clean and dry. These steam table spillage pans are 1-mm thick and measure 20-3⁄4" x 12-3⁄4" x 6-1⁄2".
