Notes: The unit is a gravity feed machine. It does not have a pump. Therefore, the product will flow from the refrigerated product-holding hopper down into the freezing cylinder by gravity and typically has a lower product overrun yield than a machine with a pump. Also, this machine does not have a hopper mixing agitator. Therefore, the product must be manually stirred in the hopper every 30-60 minutes to keep the product evenly cooled for food safety and to prevent ice buildup around the hopper walls.
