The fryer pot is made from stainless steel, is corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and features a large cold zone below the burner tubes suitable for heavy frying. The ATFS-40-LP has stainless steel front, sides, and a gas flute riser that also is used to hang fryer baskets. This fryer includes two nickel-plated fry baskets, a crumb screen, and caster wheels with locking brakes.
