The polycarbonate food storage container is shatter and scratch resistant, durable, and can withstand temperatures from -40ºF to 210ºF. The clear container makes it easy to identify contents at a glance. Wide, molded handles make it easy to lift and transport, and the textured bottom acts as a non-skid surface and protects against scratches. With a matching lid (sold separately), the container seals in moisture and freshness better than foil or plastic wrap, and keeps dirt, debris and contaminants at bay. Dishwasher safe, the container resists food acids and oils, so is easy to keep clean. Molded red-colored gradations provide measurements in liters and quarts, and the container is stackable for storage. The food container measures approximately 11-1/4" x 11-1/4" x 15-3/4”, and is NSF listed.
