An easy way to use your steam table or warmer for menu changes or daily specials is with this 2-hole adapter plate with 6-1/2" openings. Designed to hold two 4-Qt. round inset pans or bain-marie pots, the adapter plate fits over a full size 12" x 20" steam table pan opening, letting you add two menu items such as soups, stews or chili without a special piece of equipment. The stainless steel adapter plate has wrap-around edges that clasp tightly onto steam tables to hold your insets firmly in place and keep contents at the proper holding and serving temperature. Constructed of 18/0 series 430 stainless steel, the plate is durable and easy to clean, and measures approximately 20-7/8" x 12-7/8".
